An engineering team needed a practical way to use AI on its own code, beyond generic demos and a new set of subscriptions.
We ran a hands-on workshop, taking engineers through setup and into work with Claude Code on their real codebase.
The team moved from setup to working AI workflows in two days. Each engineer also received a hand-crafted, personalized AI handbook.

Four disconnected tools and eight years of spreadsheets made it difficult to use historical bid data across the business.
We are building a platform from bid intake and estimating through progress billing, with private AI infrastructure on site. The work includes AI-assisted floor-plan takeoffs, with proprietary bid data staying on site.
2,509 historical bids are now a queryable dataset. The broader platform build is ongoing; the goal is one connected workflow with proprietary data staying on site.
Another way forward
An 11-year travel platform had spent three years on a stalled rebuild. Senior engineers disagreed on direction, and the business couldn’t move forward.
